In order to support economic recovery programs, health protection and increased immunity. PT. Blue Star Anugrah (BSA) organizes Covid-19 booster vaccination. Covid vaccination collaboration program between PT. BSA with UPT Pemalang health center and Pemalang City Health Office aims to vaccinate boosters for all employees and staff of the company. This activity is one form to create and present a safe and comfortable working environment. The series of booster vaccination activities was held in September 2021. According to the director of PT. Ahmad Jupri “booster vaccination activities for all BSA employees are a form of company participation in government programs to deal with various new variants of the Covid-19 virus”.
In addition, all employees of PT. BSA is required to comply with health protocols both when entering or exiting the company. Some of the basic regulations applied by BSA management to deal with the Covid situation are: temperature checking for all employees and staff at the company’s entrance gate, placement of hand sanitizers throughout the company room and employees must use masks. In addition, PT. BSA also has a special doctor’s room that stands guard to handle the health of each employee / staff. As for employees who experience symptoms of covid-19, mild pain or severe pain will be enforced WFH (doing work from home).
